Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in Omani Rial unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required. An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected misuse.
Delivery & returns
Delivery and returns are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Consultations
Consultations provide cosmetic skin guidance and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Paid consultations missed without notice may not be refunded.
AVIN Circle
Membership is complimentary and benefits may evolve. Tiers and invitations are extended at AVIN's discretion and have no cash value.
Intellectual property
The AVIN name, logo, patterns, product names, imagery and content are protected and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
