Introduction

These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from AVIN. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in your selected currency and charged in Omani rials unless stated. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch.

Payment

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Bank-transfer orders are held for 24 hours awaiting payment.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew every 8 weeks at the subscription price until you skip, pause or cancel before the next billing date.

Consultations

Consultations provide cosmetic skincare guidance and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

AVIN Privé

Membership, points and rewards are subject to the programme rules published on the AVIN Privé page, which we may update with notice.

Founder Edition

The Founder Edition is limited to 1,000 numbered bottles. Authentication confirms that a bottle was produced and released by AVIN.

Liability

Use products as directed and observe the precautions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
